
Sea-watch (Angelica lucida)
Sea-watch is a robust herbaceous perennial in the carrot family, that is typically found near saltwater shorelines. It is a large species, with its hollow stems growing up to 5' tall, featuring large compound leaves, and dense umbels of small white flowers up to 1' wide. As an umbellifer, the flowers of sea-watch are highly attractive to pollinators such as butterflies and bees. It is a striking plant for perennial borders, providing height and structural interest throughout the season.
