Silky Phacelia (Phacelia sericea)

Silky phacelia is a striking perennial with silvery-green, fern-like foliage and vibrant purple flowers. It can be found at high elevations in British Columbia, often on talus slopes, and is useful for slope stabilization. It prefers full sun and dry, well-draining soils, making it an excellent choice for the xeriscape garden. The showy flowers are loved by pollinators, especially bumblebees!
